Spring into Style

Happy first day of Spring! After a long and dreary Winter, this season is refreshing and much appreciated. But if you're still in hibernation mode, today's post will hopefully jumpstart your style and get you ready for all the bright trends that are coming. Read on to see some SS16 runway looks that'll give you a bloom of inspiration.

This look from Issey Miyake has a bright and sporty vibe, yet can still be dressed up. The frayed detail creates a flaring illusion, making you waist look slimmer while also making the overall piece more interesting.

Pattern play is an important key skill to have when styling outfits for Spring. Mara Hoffman masters it perfectly with a mix of clean stripes and cool florals.

With a flowing composition, this dress from Chloé looks as if it's a watercolor rainbow. Because of its light material this piece is ideal for warm weather, helping you breathe and stay beautiful in a breeze.

The technicolor display at the Stella McCartney show proved that you can have the punch of color without it being too powerful. The pleats of this particular dress help accentuate the contrast between white, fuschia, & coral.

Tadashi Shoji did a twist on your traditional top and skirt duo. The design of this shirt is loose and comfy, yet when paired with the matching skirt it creates the perfect look for a fanciful Spring occasion.
