Curls Just Wanna Have Fun

Curls Just Wanna Have Fun

It's time to take note on the latest trends for your tresses. If there's one thing we've learned from the latest shows it's that texture is fluffing up the runways. From Fendi to Chanel, the forecast is calling for curls. For some of us embracing our waves is just as simple and as easy as taking a quick rinse, but if you're on the fringe of kinky hair take a look at today's article on how to get these coveted locks.  Pin It to Win It

For loose texture try pinning your hair up in ringlets. Leave it for some time and then take them down for glamorous waves as-seen-on the models at the Elie Saab Haute Couture Show.

All Wrapped Up

One of the easiest ways to get crinkles in your mane is to take a silk scarf and wrap your hair up. Sleep with it in overnight and wake up to wondrous waves. Dislclaimer; they won't all be perfect waves but it is the lazy-girls trick to loopy hair.

Some Like it Hot

The best way to waves is with a heated tool. This works if you are in an environment with little humidity. By using a curler you can get chic spirals in a snap, similar to the ones in the Fendi show.

Spray Your Way

For a quick fix simply spritz your hair with a salted spray. When doing this, it's good to keep in mind that a little goes a long way. Even if your natural hair is curly you can still add some to enhance your natural texture. This product gives you that "bed head" look without being overly messy and is completely effortless.

Lock it In

Good old gel works great for keeping your coils in place if your hair is naturally curly. Use your desired amount but be cognizant because too much will make your hair harden slightly. This method controls frizz- a common culprit of bad hair day when you have curls.
